We do not proceed with exchanges as such. Within 7 days of delivery, simply return your item in its original packaging.

We will refund you upon receipt of the item (a notification email will be sent) within 10 days from the delivery date.

You can then order the item you want, for example in a different size or color.

2. PREPARE THE PACKAGE

Place the item(s) back in its/their original packaging, then put it/them in a box.

Please include the completed return form and your order invoice in the package.

3. SHIP THE ITEM(S)

Drop your package at the nearest post office and send it to the following address (shipping costs are at your expense):

4. YOU ARE REFUNDED!

Once we receive your package, you will be refunded within 10 working days (typical timeframe).

A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed.

Any product purchased on sale/promotion/flash sale will be refunded at its purchase price
