Principle of Withdrawal
The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without any justification.
The CUSTOMER is generally entitled to return or give back the PRODUCT to the SELLER or to a person designated by the latter, without undue delay, and at the latest within fourteen (14) days following the communication of their decision to withdraw, unless the SELLER offers to collect the PRODUCT themselves.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) calendar days after the day on which the CUSTOMER, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the CUSTOMER, takes physical possession of the PRODUCT.
If the CUSTOMER's order involves multiple PRODUCTS and these PRODUCTS are delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days after the day the CUSTOMER, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the CUSTOMER, takes physical possession of the last PRODUCT.
Notification of the Right of Withdrawal

To meet the withdrawal period, the CUSTOMER must send their communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
Effects of Withdrawal
In case of withdrawal by the CUSTOMER, the SELLER undertakes to refund all amounts paid, including delivery costs without undue delay and, except for optional costs chosen by the customer during the order such as non-standard shipping costs, in any case, no later than fourteen (14) days from the day the SELLER is informed of the CUSTOMER's intention to withdraw.
The SELLER will refund using the same means of payment as the CUSTOMER used for the initial transaction, unless the CUSTOMER expressly agrees to a different method; in any case, this refund will not incur any fees for the customer.
The SELLER may defer the refund until receipt of the goods or until the CUSTOMER provides proof of dispatch of the goods, the date being the first of these events.
Return Procedure
The CUSTOMER must, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen (14) days after communicating their decision to withdraw from this contract, return the goods to: Trading Diffusion

This period is deemed to be respected if the CUSTOMER returns the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
Return Costs
The CUSTOMER must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Most goods can be returned using the Colissimo transport solution at public rates.
For products requiring a different transport solution due to their size and/or weight, shipping costs may vary according to these two criteria and the distance to be covered.
The SELLER informs the CUSTOMER that shipping costs generally range between 50 and 150 € incl. tax. Depending on the products, these costs may be lower or higher. The SELLER undertakes to provide the CUSTOMER at any time with a more precise price level according to the goods ordered.
Condition of Returned Goods
The PRODUCT must be returned according to the SELLER's instructions and must include all delivered accessories.
The CUSTOMER is only responsible for any depreciation of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics of this PRODUCT.
The returned PRODUCT must imperatively be in its original packaging, in new condition, accompanied by all possible accessories, user manuals, and documentation to be resalable as new.
Packaging
PRODUCTS are packaged according to current transport standards to ensure maximum protection during DELIVERY. CUSTOMERS must comply with the same standards when returning PRODUCTS. The CUSTOMER is therefore invited to return the PRODUCT they do not want in its original packaging and in good condition, suitable for resale.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:
Provision of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market
Provision of goods made according to the CUSTOMER's specifications or clearly personalized. This list is not exhaustive.
Provision of goods liable to deteriorate or expire quickly
Provision of audio or video recordings or sealed software that have been unsealed after delivery
Provision of goods which by their nature are inseparably mixed with other items
Provision of sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed by the CUSTOMER after DELIVERY
